Inclusion Criteria
Patients aged equal or more than 18 years;
Ankle/brachial equal or more than index 0.9
Diabetic foot ulcer equal or more than size 2-10 cm
Diabetic foot ulcer equal or more than Wagner grade 2
Exclusion Criteria
-Allergies to wound care products used in the study
-Wound that included malignancy or gout
Charcot foot syndrome
Immunosuppressive drugs or chemotherapy
Steroid used
Immunocompromised host
ESRD
Congestive heart failure
Infected wound
Psychiatric disorder
