Inclusion Criteria
Admission of the patient in the emergency department
Having at least basic literacy
Informed consent to participate in the study
Full consciousness and GCS15
Does not require resuscitation room
Exclusion Criteria
Not willing to cooperate with the treatment team
Discharge with personal consent
required to Resuscitation operation
Reluctance to complete the questionnaire after receiving it
Failure to answer more than 20% of the questions in the questionnaire
