Inclusion Criteria
- •having one of the risk factors including; High blood pressure and blood fat, family history, overweight and obesity, lack of proper physical activity that puts them in the category of people at risk.
- •Being Iranian
- •Living in Shahrekord city
- •Being literate in reading and writing
- •Age group 30 to 59 years
Exclusion Criteria
- •People with cardiovascular diseases
- •Absence in one of the training sessions
- •Change of residence from Shahrekord city
