•Willingness and informed consent to participate in the study
•Being literate in reading and writing
•Caring for grandchildren under 5 years old
•Caring for grandchildren in the absence of parents

Exclusion Criteria

•Failure to answer questionnaire questions
•Having an illness affecting the care of the child
•Unwillingness to continue cooperation
•Failure to answer post\-test questions
•Not keeping the grandchild during the study
