Inclusion Criteria
1. Radiographically diagnosed Knee Osteoarthritis
2. Grade: grade 2 -grade 3
3. VAS: <4
Exclusion Criteria
1. OA knee of grade 4
2. Recent lower limb fractures ( <1 year),
3. Patients who have undergone TKR and THR
4. Any neurological impairment
5. Muscle diseases,
6. Cardiopulmonary complications: patients who have undergone cardiac surgeries
( <1 year)
