- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method mercury was detected in three days 1st, 3rd and 12th day collected biological samples (blood, urine, hair, nails) of dental amalgam users and control (no Hg filling) by analyzing samples through atomic absorption spectrometer. the method Sakamoto et al., 2010 was used for Hg analysis in biological samples. Hg concentration was found higher in mercury dental amalgam users than non mercury amalgam users in all three times sampling.
