- •Inclusion criteria : Childeren with age under 12 years undergoing cardiac surgery with cardiopulmonary bypass ( CPB).
- •Exclusion criteria :
- •Diabetics; Urgent surgery; Multi-organ failure; Left ventricle Ejection fraction lower than 40 %; Redo surgery.
