Patients with Lumbar radiculopathy due to lumber disc herniation with correlative radiological imaging studies, not responding to conservative treatment, in age group of 18-60 years.
1. Degenerative lumbar scoliosis.
2. Presence of any other associated pathology such as acute inflammation, tumour.
3. Segmental Instability of Lumbar spine.
4. Previously operated patient for lumbar disc herniation.
5. Cauda equina syndrome.
6. Extensive immigrated disc fragment (migrated disc fragment).
7.L5-S1 level with long iliac wings and horizontal L5-S1 disc space.
8. More than one level involvement.
9. Nerveroot anomalies such as conjoined root.
