For villages: Villages under PHC Boothgarh and population upto 1000 and healthy facility of sub centre, primary school and anganwadi centre
For health brigade:Anganwadi worker, anganwadi helper, ASHA, village health nutrition and sanitation committee and mahila mandal members of the village and willing to participate with accessibility to smartphones and will be smartphone-literate
For residents of village:those who will be willing to participate
Villages in periphery or beyond 10 km range from PHC boothgarh and residents not providing consent to participate.

Name Time Method Primary outcome of the study will be categorised under personal,human,social and economic development: personal: Intake of fruits vegetables, fat, salt and sugar, metabolic equivalent (MET) minutes per week, human: number of four antenatal checkups, number of anemic mothers, number of iron supplementation to pregnant women, number of institutional deliveries, number of infants fully immunized, number of normal birth weight babies, number of anemic children, number of underweight children, number of couples using condoms number of couples adopted permanent contraception, number of children enrolled in school and anganwadi, number of dropouts, number of children with primary and higher education, adult literacy rate, social: no of household toilets, number of toilets in public institution, Village swacchata index, Water analysis/quality check, number of piped water connection, economic:number of eligible households under social security schemesTimepoint: 1 year
