入选标准

  • •à¹€à¸à¸à¸‘์การคัดผู้ป่วยเข้าการศึกษา (Inclusion criteria)
  • •1.อาสาสมัครที่สนใจเข้าร่วมโครงการวิจัยอายุตั้งแต่ 18 ปีขึ้นไป
  • •2.มีอาการปวดหลังส่วนล่างร่วมกับร้าวลงขา(Low back and radicular pain)
  • •3.อาการปวดไม่ดีขึ้นหลังจากการรักษาแบบอนุรักษ์นิยมอย่างน้อย 3 เดือน
  • •4.มีอาการปวดหลังหรือขา VAS score > 5
  • •5.MRI มี contained disc extrusion ขนาดเล็กกว่า 5 มิลลิเมตร และมีสัดส่วนความกว้างของหมอนรองกระดูกมากกว่าร้อยละ50 ของหมอนรองกระดูกระดับที่ติดกัน

排除标准

  • •à¹€à¸à¸à¸‘์การคัดผู้ป่วยออกจากการศึกษา (Exclusion criteria)
  • •1.BMI > 40 kg/cm2
  • •2.ผู้ที่มีอาการปวดร้าวลงขาจากการกดเบียดของหมอนรองกระดูกมากกว่า 1 ระดับ
  • •3.ผู้ที่เคยได้รับการผ่าตัดกระดูกสันหลังส่วนlumbar
  • •4.ผู้ที่มีความผิดปกติของกระดูกสันหลัง เช่น spondylolithesis, infection, malignant spinal conditions
  • •5.ผู้ป่วยที่มีinstabilityหรือมีcauda equine syndrome
  • •6.ผู้ที่ตั้งครรภ์หรือผู้ที่มีcardiac pacemaker
  • •7.ผู้ป่วยที่มีprogressive neurological deficit
  • •8.ผู้ป่วยที่เคยมีประวัติแพ้ยาsteroid
