- •Patients with L4-5 lumbar disc herniation
- •Failed conservative treatment
- •Central or paracentral type of disc herniation (type that can do in both techniques)
排除标准
- •Foraminal or extraforaminal disc
- •Migration of the disc that cannot undergo surgery by transforaminal approach
- •Spinal canal stenosis from degenerative change.
- •Spondylolisthesis
- •Change of plan intraoperatively from endoscopic surgery to open surgery
