简要总结
The study is the open label parallel group trial comparing the effect of Bhadradi asthapana basti with lekhana basti in the management of Sthaulya. In one group Bhadradi asthapana basti will be given to patient for 16 days(Kala basti with murchit Tila oil) and discountinued for 16 day then again given for 16 days in the dose of 450ml. In another group, Lekhana basti will be given to patient for 16 days(Kala basti with murchit Tila oil) and discountinued for 16 day then again given for 16 days in the dose of 450ml. The trial will be conducted in CBPACS with outcome of change in BMI and other features of Sthaulya.

入选标准
- •1.Patients of age group
- •50 years. 2.Patients of either sex – male or female 3.Patients with BMI 25-40 kg/m2.
排除标准
- •1.Patients of Sthoulya with severe complications like Cerebral vascular diseases, Ischemic heart diseases will be excluded. 2.Patients having any renal, hepatic or cardiac involvement. 3.Pregnant or lactating women. 4.Patient having any malignancy. 5.All those people who are unfit for basti as per Shastra.
- •Pandu, Unmada, Visuchika, Alasaka, Kustha, Hikka, Svasa, Kasa, Bala, Vriddha, Chidrodara, Murchita etc.
