- •- at least one symptom suggestive of urinary tract infection , and
- •- fever, and
- •- positive urine nitrate test or
- •- positive leukocyte esterase test
Exclusion Criteria
- •- polycystic kidney disease
- •- end-stage renal failure
- •- renal transplant
