- •\- at least one symptom suggestive of urinary tract infection , and
- •\- fever, and
- •\- positive urine nitrate test or
- •\- positive leukocyte esterase test
Exclusion Criteria
- •\- polycystic kidney disease
- •\- end\-stage renal failure
- •\- renal transplant
