Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • 1\.Adult patients (18 years or older) posted for Elective Open or Laparoscopic or Robotic Surgeries.
  • 2\.ASA 1\-3 patients
  • 3\.Patients posted for gastro\-intestinal cancer surgeries (Colo\-rectal surgeries, small\-bowel surgeries, gastrectomy; pancreatic surgery including Pancreatoduodenectomy, Pylorus\-preserving Pancreatoduodenectomy (PPPD or Whipples Procedure), distal pancreatico\-splenectomy, Radical antegrade modular pancreatosplenectomy (RAMPS), Appleby procedures; Radical or Revision Cholecystectomy, Gastro\-Intestinal Stromal Tumor (GIST) excision, Retroperitoneal sarcoma excision)

Exclusion Criteria

  • 1\.Patients posted for liver resections
  • 2\.Patients posted for Cytoreductive Surgery with or without Hyperthermic Intraperitoneal Chemotherapy (CRS±HIPEC).
  • 3\.Expected Blood Loss equal to or more than 35 ml/kg body weight (half of total blood volume)
