Inclusion Criteria
patients admitted in medical ICUs in King Chulalongkorn Memorial Hospital
Exclusion Criteria
1.Refuse to participate the study
2.Patients with impair vision or hearing.
3.Patients with CNS infection, acute stoke or intracranial hemorrhage.
4.Patients with psychosis.
5.Patients who cannot communicate in Thai.
