Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •aged 65 yrs and over
- •\- three days or longer hospitalization in trauma surgery, orthopedics or nephrology
- •\- at admission every patient is screened by the MoCA (Montreal cognitive assessment) to objectify the risk of delirium
- •\- Enrollment by MoCA \< 26 pts.
Exclusion Criteria
- •\< three days of hospitalization, \> MoCA 26 pts.
