Inclusion Criteria
Closed fracture intertrochanteric of femur following surgical treatment by internal fixation in Siriraj hospital
Age ≥ 65 years
Exclusion Criteria
Neurogenic bladder
History of recurrent UTI or recent UTI.
Previous Indwelling catheterization.
Bed ridden.
Multiple injury or multiple fracture.
Open fracture.
Patients who had hemodynamic monitoring ; shock
ESRD patient who had no urination
