入选标准
- •Patients presenting for a planned primary or repeat caesarean section
- •Patients with a negative U status at baseline
排除标准
- •Diabetes mellitus type 1, insulin-dependent gestational diabetes
- •HIV infection
- •Patient in labor (cervical dilatation > 3 cm, frequent uterine contractions)
- •Severe renal disease
- •Iatrogenic bladder lesions
- •Multiple pregnancy
- •Severe pre-eclampsia
