- •Patients over 18 years old
- •Collecting urine for examination and culture during treatment in hospital.
- •Urinary indwelling catheter 7 - 30 days before participating in the study.
- •Hospitalization no more than 30 days
排除标准
- •No indication for urinary indwelling catheter
- •Patients who are unable to replace the urinary catheter, eg physical problems.
- •Patients with neutropenia or thrombocytopenia or bleeding tendency
- •Patients who receieved new antibiotic more than 6 hours
