1. Newly diagnosed, no history of treatment, for ADHD
2. Need to fulfill the diagnostic criteria of ADHD by DSM-V
3. Age 3-7 years old.
4. Thai nationality with both parents holding Thai nationality.
1. Children with other associated mental health problems (e.g. learning disability, Down syndrome, depressive or bipolar disorder, anxiety disorder, dissociative disorder, personality disorder, or substance intoxication or withdrawal, schizophrenia or other psychotic disorder).
2. Children who is continuously treated by any medications for over 3 months.
3. Children with dyed scalp hair or hair discoloring from any causes.
