OBJECTIVES
Primary objectives
1)to study the efficacy of Shigru Mutwaka Churna Lepa WithMulakSwaras in dadrukushtawith special reference to Tinea Corporis.
2)To study thep efficacy ofShigru Mutwaka Churna Lepa With Mulak Swaras in comparison with ketokonazole ointment in the management ofdadrukushta w.s.r. to Tinea corporis.
Secondary objectives
1)To study dadrukushta in details as per Ayurvedic concept. 2)To study Tinea corporis in details according to modern aspect.
- To study the effect of trial drug i.e Shigru Mutwaka Churna Lepa With Mulak Swaras.
Participant
6 to 12 years children with dadru kustha tinea corporis meeting inclusion and exclusion criteria from opd and
ipd of department of kaumarbhritya of shree saptshrungi ayurved mahavidhyala and hospital nashik.
Intervention
33 patients shigruadi lepa - Local application as per standard protocol
33 patient ketoconazole administer according as per standard protocol
Primary outcome- to reduce the sign and symptoms of dadru kustha
Secondary outcome- no recurrency of dadru kustha
Treatment duration- 14 days
Follow up : 0th, 7th, 14th days
Data analysis-Data will be analysed using approprite statistical methods to study the efficacy of shigruadi lepa in primary and seconadary outcome.
Ethical consideration- the study will be comducted in accordance with ethical guideline and with informed consent from participants.

- •Patients selection will be irrespective of social economic status and gender.
- •The diagnosed patient of Dadrukusta according to classical sings and symptoms -Kandu, Raaga, Pidaka 3) Patients of age group between 6 to 12 years.
- •The diagnosed patient of Dadrukusta according to classical sings and symptoms- circular and ring like appearance rash, itching.
排除标准
- •Patients having chronic infection of Dadrukushtha more than 1 years.
- •Patients having other skin diseases 3)Having major systemic diseases, chronic diseases.
