Inclusion Criteria
Children within the age group of 1 month - 1year scheduled for elective surgeries requiring endotracheal tube intubation
ASA – Grade I and II
Duration of surgery more than 2 hours
Exclusion Criteria
Children with anticipated difficult airway or syndromic association
Children with recent upper respiratory tract infection ( <2 weeks)
Children with obesity (BMI >85th percentiles),
Children with history of snoring,
Children with reactive airway disease,
Children with congenital heart disease.
Children undergoing oral surgeries.
