Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Hip femoral neck fracture over 50 years old
- •2\. Degenerative arthritis above Tonnis grade III
- •3\. Potential fractures above Garden type III on front and rear radiation
- •4\. Potential fracture with posterior potential of 15 degrees or more of proximal phalanx on CT axial image
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Local or systemic infections, sepsis and persistent acute or chronic myelitis
- •2\. If you have an unstable medical condition (Age\-adjusted CCI\>5\)
- •3\. Patients with neuromotor diseases such as Parkinson's and neurological diseases such as hemiplegia
- •4\. Non\-functional gait patients with KOVAL walking ability of 7 points
