Inclusion Criteria

  • •Irritable Bowel Syndrome in the clinical assessment
  • •Irritable Bowel Syndrome according to the Rome\-IV\-Criteria
  • •Signed informed consent

Exclusion Criteria

  • •Chronic inflammatory bowel disease
  • •Severe psychopathologies such as acute suicidality or current substance dependence
  • •Recent use of antibiotics within the past two weeks
