Inclusion Criteria
1 - 6 years with ASA physical status 1 and 2 of either sex, who will be scheduled to undergo elective surgeries requiring general anaesthesia and tracheal intubation
Exclusion Criteria
a)Anticipated difficult airway
b)Lung pathology
c)Chest wall deformity
