Age range 45 to 60 years
At least one year and at most 3 years have passed since the last menstrual period
Menopause naturally
Score 12 or higher on the Menopause Symptoms Scale

Exclusion Criteria

receiving hormone therapy
history of hysterectomy or oophorectomy
medical or psychological problems
Take any herbal or chemical medicine
