Inclusion Criteria

- Age 2-15 years
- Moderate to severe asthma exacerbation (Thammasat asthma score ≥ 5, SpO2 < 95%)
- Non respond to SABAs or anticholinergic 3 doses with systemic corticosteroid

Exclusion Criteria

- BT > 38.5 C
- Hypotension < P25
- Renal, pulmonary, cardiology disease
