Inclusion Criteria
- At least 18 years old
- Being able to walk for at least 30 minutes
- No medical contra indication for continuation of current medication until 8 weeks after surgery
Exclusion Criteria
- Instability of the spine
- Contra indications for physical exercise
- Disorders other than neuropathic pain with influence on postural balance or locomotor function
