- •Cardiovascular health
- •Don't use hormones , stimulants and fat burners drugs, During the study
Exclusion Criteria
- •Skeletal, muscular and metabolic problems that limiting exercise activities
- •Enter the menopausal period
- •Have blood pressure and diabetes
