Inclusion Criteria

All adult patients who have been diagnosed with cancer and admitted to hospitals to receive chemotherapy will be included in the study.
Adult patients above 18

Exclusion Criteria

Patients with lower than sixth-grade educational levelPatients who do not know their medical diagnosis
Patients who have mental illnesses,
Patients who are blind or deaf,
Patients who are undergoing radiotherapy
Furthermore, subjects will be excluded if they could not complete the session of spiritual or music therapy before the administration of chemotherapy.

Primary Outcome Measures
NameTimeMethod
The primary outcome variable is the level of chemotherapy-induced anxiety that can be changed based on Quran or music. Timepoint: before intervention and 30 minutes after intervention. Method of measurement: The Arabic version of State-Anxiety Inventory (STAI) will be used to assess the level of chemotherapy-induced anxiety.
