ASA grade I or II adults, aged 18 to 65 years, undergoing elective surgery in whom neuromuscular block is indicated as part of the anaesthetic procedure.
-Pathology of the neck, upper respiratory tract or upper alimentary tract
-Gastro esophageal reflex disease
-Risk of pulmonary aspiration of gastric contents
-Mallampati class 3 and 4
-Known or anticipated difficult intubation
-Mouth opening less than < 2.5 cm
-Body mass index > 30 kg/m²
-Surgery in prone position
-Reactive airwaydisease
-Pregnant patients
