Brief Summary
The functional endoscopic sinus surgery for nasal polyp allowed improving nasal resonance with statistically significant until 6 month post-surgery. Regarding acoustic perceptual, it was not statistically significantly difference between pre and post operation

Inclusion Criteria
- •Patients presented bilateral nasal polyposis with scheduled for FESS
Exclusion Criteria
- •patients with any of following: previous history of cleft palate and/or submucosal cleft, underwent FESS with tonsillectomy or uvulopalatopharyngoplasty, and not following command
