入选标准
- •1) OA- related chronic knee pain for = 6 months
- •2) Radiologic tibiofemoral OA (grade 2-4, Kellgren Lawrence grading for OA knee, evaluated by an experienced radiologist)
排除标准
- •1)Prior knee surgery
- •2)Serious neurologic or psychiatric disorder
- •3)Injection with steroids or hyaluronic acid during the previous 3 months
- •4)Current use of anticoagulant drugs
- •5)Patients who refuse a single staged procedure
