Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\.Patients with symptomatic knee osteoarthritis (OA) that is recalcitrant to conservative modalities.
- •2\.Patients with a failed knee replacement.
- •3\.Patients who are not good surgical candidates because of medical comorbidities and/or a high body mass index (BMI).
- •4\.Patients who want to avoid surgery.
- •5\.Patients who have had a previously successful genicular nerve radiofrequency ablation (GNRFA), as this procedure can be repeated to address recurrent symptomatic knee OA.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.Refusal of patient or relatives.
- •2\.Allergic to local anaesthetic and/or radiographic contrast agent.
- •3\.Coagulopathy or patients on anticoagulants.
- •4\.Local site infection.
- •5\.Pregnancy.
- •6\.Severe psychiatric illness.
- •7\.Red flag sign.
- •8\.Acute knee injury.
- •9\.Unstable knee joint.
- •10\.Chronic pain syndrome.
