Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Hospitalized private health insurance holders diagnosed with cardiac diseases, renal diseases, cancer, diabetes mellitus, and hypertensive diseases who are willing to participate will be recruited.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Inpatients with critical illness coverage
- •Inpatients with end stage disease renal and cancer conditions who are not eligible for insurance reimbursement.
- •Patient with hospital bill less than INR 30000 will be excluded. A threshold of INR 30000 is identified as the median hospital bill amount for the insured patients.
- •Inpatients with any other disease conditions.
