- •1. Willingness to participate in the study
- •2. BMI range of 18.5-29.9 kg/m2
- •3. Normal renal and liver function
- •4. Weight stability in the previous 3 months
排除标准
- •1. Consumption of any drugs that lowers body fat and increases energy expenditure
- •2. History of smoking or taking other leisure drugs
- •3. Consumption of alcohol in the previous 48 hours
- •4. Caffeine consumption ( >4 cups of coffee / day) in last 48 hours
- •5. History of antibiotic usage 4 weeks prior to the study
- •6. History or presence of clinically important disease
- •7. Participation in any nutritional study in the last 1 month
