Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •The diagnosis of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease meets the diagnostic criteria of the Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease 2013\. The diagnostic criteria for insomnia meet the Chinese Mental Disorder Classification and Diagnostic Criteria; informed consent and subjective willingness to receive treatment.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Patients with pulmonary encephalopathy, respiratory failure (Pa O2\<\=60 mm Hg, PaCO2\>\=50 mm Hg) and severe heart and brain diseases; those who have taken other sleep\-influencing drugs in the past 2 weeks; ear inflammation, Patients with frostbite or rupture; those who do not want to participate and those with insomnia caused by other diseases.
