(1) Male/female age 50–80.
(2) BMI> 18.5 and BMI < 27 and 40 to 80 kg
(3) Daily protein intake of 0.8g/kg/day or less
(4) Those who can voluntarily agree to participate in research
(5) ASMI men's 7.0 kg/m2 and women's 5.4 kg/m2 and above
(1) eGFR 60 or below
(2) Those who are currently taking insulin treatment or medications of steroids and male hormones
(3) People with chronic lung disease who are unable to exercise
(4) Those who currently takes more than 1000IU of vitamin D daily
(5) Those who are currently controlling his or her diet for disease management purposes
(6) Conducted a high-strength exercise for the past six months
(7) Those who have musculoskeletal diseases that are currently difficult to exercises
(8) Untreated and unregulated cardiovascular disease that may affect muscle mass or exercise.
(9) Person who is no more than 5 years after malignant tumor cures
(10) Cirrhosis, diabetes and other chronic diseases
