Primary Outcome Measures
NameTimeMethod
It is expected to find positive endothelial modulation through physical exercise, exhibiting a reduction in the intimal average thickening and blood flow speed and / or an increase in the diameter of the common and internal carotid artery lumen after the intervention through physical exercise, verified by arterial ultrasonography and analyzedby comparisons between groups using Student's t test and Tukey's test.
The data will be analyzed using the Statistical Packge Social Science software, version 23 (SPSS-v.23). The level of significance considered will be 5%.
Secondary Outcome Measures
NameTimeMethod
It is expected that the study will result in the reduction of cardiovascular risk factors, in addition to increasing physical and motor parameters of the participants, being investigated by anthropometric measurements, measurement of brachial and ankle blood pressure, using a semi-automatic sphygmomanometer, blood collections for biochemical analyzes, tetrapolar bioimpedance and ergospirometric testing. The analyzes will be by comparisons between groups using Student's t test and Tukey's test.
The data will be analyzed using the Statistical Packge Social Science software, version 23 (SPSS-v.23).
