•Males and non pregnant females, female patients on adequate contraceptive control
•Diagnosis of Suram as defined by fulfilling the symptoms increased body temperature, burning sensation of eye, body pain and nausea.
•Body temperature range: 100ºF - 103 ºF
•Patients giving informed consent (signed or oral witnessed, according to local regulations) before any protocol specific procedures.
•Patients willing to comply with study procedures and recruitments.
•Willing to intake study medication
•Willing to follow diet restriction
•Patients receiving corticosteroids, NSAIDâ??s or antimalarial, antibiotic drugs.
•Temperature more than 103 ºF and below 100ºF.
•Any condition or treatment (including biologic therapies) that, in the opinion of the investigator, may place the participant at unacceptable risk during the study
•Pregnant and nursing women
•Terminally ill patients (or) patients with severe cardiac,hepatic (SGOT, SGPT values > 3 folds of upper limit of normal laboratory values), renal (Creatinine clearance < 30ml/min) or cerebro vascular disease, malignancy, hematological disorders, chronic uncontrolled systemic diseases
•Patients who have already participated in a new drug study in the past 3 months.
