- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method The impact of sleep lamp usage on sleep quality (assessed using the Insomnia Severity Index (7-item questionnaire, scoring range 0-28);The impact of sleep lamp usage on sleep quality based on sleep efficiency (assessed using the sleep diary written for 4 weeks)
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method The impact of sleep lamp usage on quality of life (assessed using the Epworth Sleepiness Scale (ESS), Patient Health Questionnaire-9 (PHQ-9), Beck Depression Inventory (BDI));impact of sleep lamp usage on sleep-related hormones, including cortisol, ACTH (adrenocorticotropic hormone), serotonin, and melatonin;impact of sleep lamp usage on circadian-related gene changes (assessed by conducting Clock gene testing);impact of sleep lamp usage on metabolic indicators, such as fasting blood glucose, triglycerides, HDL cholesterol, and blood pressure
