the patients have suffered from brain damage during at least a week and a maximum of six weeks ago; the Scores of GCS scale at the time of these incidents is between 13-9; the people are not suffering from specific mental illness; the patients under study have no clinical and Pharmaceutical history of Neurological Diseases; no signs of active non-traumatic diseases such as tumors, severe brain atrophy and etc. is not seen in patients's CT scan and the patients are between 18-50 years old.
Exclusion criterion is not receiving treatment for all 20 sessions.
