Inclusion Criteria

(1) aged 18-40 years;
(2) right handedness;
(3) the main visual eye of the right eye was examined by the card hole method;
(4) visual fatigue scale score > = 16 (professional version of visual fatigue scale of Wenzhou Medical University);
(5) Meet the second edition of Wang Guangji's binocular vision;
(6) the examination of ophthalmic biological parameters and visual function parameters confirmed the regulation of spasm;
(7) presence of physical and mental symptoms: SAS score >50, SDS score >53, body factor score >1.37 + 0.48 in SCL-90;
(8) understand the experimental process of this study and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion Criteria

(1) pregnant and lactating women;
(2) patients with major organ dysfunction;
(3) patients with acute conjunctivitis, keratopathy and other infectious eye diseases;
(4) glaucoma and severe dry eye;
(5) patients with a history of eye surgery within 1 month;
(6) poor compliance;
(7) patients who could not express the symptoms of ocular discomfort clearly and patients who could not understand the experimental process.
