Inclusion Criteria

Age between 9 and 10 years old with informed consent from parents or guardians; be enrolled and regularly attend public elementary school

Exclusion Criteria

Students who have been diagnosed with any psychological and/or psychiatric disorder and/or intellectual and cognitive disability and who are using medication and/or are in the acute phase of such disorders; those who are already carrying out meditative or similar practices, or who have done so in the last 12 months

Primary Outcome Measures

It is expected to have an improvement in mental health. The Difficulties and Capabilities Questionnaire - SDQ will be used, it is a behavioral assessment with scores for conduct problems, inattention-hyperactivity, emotional symptoms, problems with colleagues and prosocial behavior.

It is expected to expand mindfulness skills. For this purpose, the Mindfulness Measure for Children and Adolescents - CAMM questionnaire will be used.;It is expected to improve emotional regulation capacity, using the Emotional Regulation Questionnaire for Children and Adolescents - ERQ-CA.
