入选标准
- •Ã¢â?¬Â¢Presence of atleast one active trigger point (MTrP)
- •Ã¢â?¬Â¢Age between 19 and 50 years
- •Ã¢â?¬Â¢Symptom duration of at least one week
- •Ã¢â?¬Â¢Subjects giving informed consent for the study.
排除标准
- •Ã¢â?¬Â¢Having symptoms and signs meeting the 2016 ACR criteria for fibromyalgia.23
- •Ã¢â?¬Â¢Having received similar treatment modalities within past six weeks.
- •Ã¢â?¬Â¢Exposure to acute trauma.
- •Ã¢â?¬Â¢History of inflammatory joint or muscle disease, infection(systemic/local) or malignancy.
- •Ã¢â?¬Â¢Having evidence of neurological deficit, seizure disorders.
- •Ã¢â?¬Â¢Having a diagnosis of cervical radiculopathy or myelopathy.
- •Ã¢â?¬Â¢Thoracic outlet syndrome.
- •Ã¢â?¬Â¢Patient who have undergone neck and shoulder surgery.
- •Ã¢â?¬Â¢Pregnancy.
- •Ã¢â?¬Â¢Not giving consent for the study.
