- •1. side effect of local anesthetic agents
- •2. chronic pain disorder
- •3. phychologic disorder
- •4. major depressive disorder
- •5. serum creatinine > 2.0 mg/dL
- •6. platelet count < 50,000
- •7. coagulation abnormality [PT(INR) > 1.5 or aPTT > 40 second]
- •8. body weight < 50 kg
