Inclusion Criteria
- •1\) Age between 18 to 65 years old.
- •2\) female gender.
- •3\) ASA I, II, III
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\) refusal of patients to provide written consent.
- •2\) Coagulation Disorders.
- •3\) Known allergy to a study drug.
- •4\) Body Mass index(BMI) \<18 to \>40 kg/m2\.
- •5\) infection at injection site.
- •6\) any spine deformities ( kyphoscoliosis, scoliosis, previously operated spine surgeries.)
