- •Living in a house with his wife at the beginning of the research
- •The score of 60 or lower on the Walker and Thompson scale of spousal intimacy
- •The score of 35 or higher on the Hudson Index of Marital Satisfaction
- •Written consent for participation in the research

- •Treated with psychiatric drugs, psychotherapy or couple therapy
- •Being on the verge of divorce at the beginning of the study
- •History of participating in a similar study
