•Patients fulfilling the diagnostic criteria of alopecia areata.
•-Patients using internal medication and topical agents from conventional medicines for alopecia areata will be included after a washout period of 15 days.
•-Patients who give consent for study and administration of homoeopathic medicine.

•-Patients with uncontrolled systemic and neurological illness.
•-Patients who are terminally ill, under immunosuppressive treatment or self-reported immunocompromised state.
•-Diagnosed case of unstable mental or psychiatric illness or other uncontrolled or life-threatening illness affecting quality of life or any organ failure.
•-Pregnant and lactating women.
•-Unwilling to take part and not giving consent to join the study.
•-Substance abuse and or dependence.
