Inclusion Criteria
- •participants (18-75 years old) with myofascial pain at trapezius muscle
Exclusion Criteria
- •history surgery or trauma at neck area
- •fribomyalgia cervical herniation cervical radiculopathy cervical myelopathy
- •Nsaids or ultrasound gel allergy
- •pregnancy , lactation
- •recent recieved physiotherapy in 3 month ago
